Brian Miller
Luxgraphicus creative director, Brian Miller, has nearly 20 years experience in the visual communications industry. His life experience ranges from photographing bungy jumping to sailing yachts to feeding crocodiles to auditing government departments. Still unsure of what he’ll do when he grows up he hopes to keep learning and experiencing life. Brian usually sees more than one side to every situation and encourages others to also.
Jean McIntyre
After 13 years in the public service and 3 years working as the Business Development Manager in a small company selling training to the Government, Jean McIntyre decided on a career change.
She completed a Graduate Diploma in Marketing and went into business under licence to Marketing Angels as the Regional Director for Canberra.
Jean is a member of two community boards: Tandem and Exhibition Park in Canberra and is the current President of the Chamber of Women in Business. She also sits on the Canberra Business Council Small Business Taskforce and is a member of Business Tuggeranong and the Capital Region BEC.
Jean has had some great opportunities to use her marketing and communications skills to work with community groups. Among other things she has mentored student groups in Young Achievement Australia; developed an emergency communications strategy for Lifeline Canberra; raised donations for the Snowy Hydro Southcare helicopter service gala dinner and delivered marketing strategy workshops for Galilee, Conflict Resolution Service and Raise the Gong women’s cancer charity in Wollongong.
Jean teaches Risk Management at Canberra Institute of Technology and delivers regular Marketing seminars for start-ups at Canberra Business Point. She is a member of the Australian Marketing Institute and the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
Jean’s active community work won her the ‘Outstanding Community Spirit Award’ with the Chamber of Women in Business.
John J Phillips
John Phillips is an entrepreneur, trainer, facilitator, mentor and coach. Having been involved in a range of enterprises including IT support, commercial art sales and digital television upgrades (www.easydigitaltv.com.au), John is passionate about small business.

Donna Cox
Donna is very passionate about sharing knowledge and skills to help staff develop in both small and large businesses.
Donna has been involved in computer training and Personal development training for the past 5 years and has worked in the Vocational Education and Training (VET) sector for the past 5 years assessing Australian School Based Apprentices and also full time Traineeships in Business and Information Technology.
Donna has been Personal and Professional development facilitator for the past 7 years and would like to complete an NLP Master Practitioners course by 2010.
Mantra Training & Development is very customer focused and has qualified and skilled staff delivering training in our scope of registration. As the compliance manager for the RTO Donna is focused on providing quality Vocational Education and Training material and courses delivered both in house and in the workplace.
Donna’s qualifications include Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAA40104), completing a Diploma in Business (Front Line Management) and Certificate II in Information Technology. Donna is a member of the AIM (Australian Institute of Management) and The Chamber of Women in Business.
Trevor Bransden
Trevor is an expert at creating financial strategies that assist his clients achieve their financial goals. He provides them with a game plan to take them from where they are to where they’d like to be, and this involves continually working with the client to review and adjust their adopted strategies as their circumstances change, as well as tracking their progress towards their objectives.
Trevor has been assisting clients to achieve their financial objectives for over four years now. Prior to this he was a high school mathematics and sport science teacher, and also ran his own successful swim coaching business.
When Trevor is not assisting clients he can be found spending time with family and friends, riding the mountain bike trails of Canberra or running his two dogs around the lake.
